1. General Terms

• The term "Guest" refers to any individual staying at KEVINS Bed & Breakfast, aged 18 years or above.
• An "Invitee" is any non-resident visitor invited by a guest; invitees are deemed to have accepted these Terms & Conditions upon entering the premises.
• References to any gender include all genders; references to individuals include both natural and legal persons.

2. Reservations & Payments

• All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
• 100% advance payment is required to confirm the reservation.
• Additional charges for services (food, beverages, etc.) must be settled prior to departure unless otherwise approved in writing by management.

3. Check-in & Check-out

• Check-in: From 10:00 AM onwards
• Check-out: By 8:00 AM
• Early check-in or late check-out requests must be made in advance and are subject to availability and applicable charges.

4. Identification Requirement

• All guests must present valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, Aadhaar, Driving License, etc.) at check-in.

5. Cancellation & Modification Policy

• Free cancellation up to 14 days prior to check-in.
• Cancellations made within 14 days of check-in will incur a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
• No-shows will be charged the full booking amount.
• Modification: One-time change allowed, at least 3 days prior to check-in, subject to availability and rate adjustments.

6. Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed within 2 to 3 working days via UPI or bank transfer.

7. Guest Conduct

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and respect towards staff and fellow guests.
• Illegal activities, public disturbances, or damage to property will result in cancellation of stay without refund and possible legal action.

8. Liability & Indemnity

• Guests are liable for any damage to property due to negligence or misconduct.
• KEVINS Bed & Breakfast, its management, owners, and staff are not liable for injury, loss, or damage sustained during your stay.

9. Force Majeure

KEVINS Bed & Breakfast shall not be held responsible for delays or inability to provide services due to circumstances beyond its control (e.g., natural disasters, governmental restrictions, pandemics).

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Sri Vijaya Puram (Formerly Port Blair), Andaman & Nicobar Islands.

11. Acceptance of Terms

By booking with KEVINS Bed & Breakfast, guests confirm their acceptance of these Terms & Conditions. The primary guest accepts responsibility on behalf of their party and invitees.
