Price basis

₹31,260 per person, based on 2 adults sharing one room, with premium ferries and breakfast daily. The final price depends on your travel dates and current ferry and hotel rates; we confirm it in writing before you pay anything. Travelling as a family or a group? WhatsApp us for a quote: every passenger aged one and above pays the full ferry fare, so family prices are worked out separately.

What's included

• Airport pick-up and drop, and a private AC car for all transfers and sightseeing in the itinerary
• 7 nights' stay: 4 nights at KEVINS Bed & Breakfast, Port Blair, 2 nights on Havelock and 1 night on Neil, at comfortable partner properties near the jetty
• Breakfast every day, and a packed breakfast on the Baratang day
• Premium-class ferry tickets, Port Blair to Havelock to Neil to Port Blair, including the Passenger Service Fee
• Elephant Beach speedboat both ways, with the forest entry permit
• Sightseeing on Neil (Natural Bridge, Laxmanpur and Bharatpur beaches), with Neil beach tickets
• Ross Island and North Bay shared boat, with island entry and forest fees

• Flights to and from Port Blair

• Guide services, and camera or video charges at monuments and museums
• Car use or sightseeing outside the itinerary
• Extra costs caused by weather, ferry, boat, convoy or flight cancellations, road closures, or government instructions
• Tips, laundry, phone calls, medical and other personal expenses

Good to know

• Baratang starts very early. We leave at about 3:30 AM with a packed breakfast, because cars cross the Jarawa Tribal Reserve only in fixed government convoys. The day runs about 12 hours.
• Inside the Jarawa Tribal Reserve, photography, video, stopping the car and any contact with the tribal community are strictly prohibited by law.
• The Limestone Caves involve an open boat and a walk of about 1.2 km each way over uneven ground. Comfortable shoes are advised.
• Boats to Ross Island and North Bay run in the morning only, roughly 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM, so we book the earliest sailing.
• Ferry timings can change; we confirm your exact timings 48 hours before each ferry.
• Sea trips depend on weather and tide, and are run as the authorities allow.
• Every guest, including children, must carry valid photo ID.
• Please share your flight timings once booked, so we can plan pick-ups and ferries around them.

How to book

WhatsApp us on +91 99332 83649 with your travel dates and number of travellers. We confirm availability and the final price, and you secure the booking with a 50% advance by UPI. The balance is due before arrival. Ferry tickets and hotel rooms are booked as soon as the advance is received.

Cancellation

• 30 days or more before arrival: full refund, less ₹2,000 processing charges and any non-refundable charges already paid
• 15 to 29 days: 25% of the package value, or the actual non-refundable costs, whichever is higher
• 7 to 14 days: 50% of the package value, or the actual non-refundable costs, whichever is higher
• Less than 7 days, or no show: no refund
• Travel between 20 December and 5 January: the advance is non-refundable
• Weather, ferry or authority cancellations: ferry tickets are refunded as per the operator's rules. Unused hotel nights and car services are not refunded, but we will rearrange your sightseeing where possible.
• Once the tour has started: no refund for services not used

Please send cancellation requests by WhatsApp or email; they take effect from the date we receive them. Refunds are paid within 7 working days, to the original payment method.

Is the price per person?

Yes. ₹31,260 is per person, for 2 adults sharing a room. Families and groups get a separate quote.

Is Baratang suitable for children?

Yes, for children who can manage an early start, a long day and a 1.2 km walk each way to the caves. We plan it near the end of the trip, once everyone has settled in.

Can we skip Baratang?

Yes. Our Panorama package covers the same islands without it.

Are meals included?

Breakfast is included every day. Lunches and dinners are not, so you can choose where to eat.

How do we pay?

A 50% advance by UPI confirms the booking, and the balance is paid before arrival.
